Benvenuti Cucina Italiana is the result of a 20 year career of our Chef Michael Fernandes's vision to create a cozy, welcoming place where rich, authentic Italian flavours shine-crafted.

Born in Brazil, he moved to Italy at a very young age where he started  his passion for Italian food and cooking.

After studying hospitality & cookery in college & receiving his diploma Michael began his career working in his home town on the  island of Sardegna . Michael travelled around the world till he arrived  in Sydney where he had the opportunity & pleasure  to work with a couple of well known & respected  chefs.

We beleive Benvenuti is the  real deal for authentic traditional Italian food  while relaxing and enjoying with family and friends.
